Hartford HealthCare- GoHealth Urgent Care, Meriden East

Was seen on time. Online registration was easy. Very smooth process.

After testing positive for Covid with an at home test I decided to make sure it was correct.  Went to Optum and was in and out within 30 minutes.

I came to have stitches removed and couldn’t have had a better experience. I would recommend highly for any issues

Had a sore throat for a couple days, I have a history of bad sore throats and I wanted to get on top of it in case it was strep based on the redness in throat. They were thorough and did a Covid test. It came back that I was positive for both. The provider Christine Hall was the one that told me and was very thorough and informative and helped me navigate next steps since this is my first time with Covid.  Due to my asthma she gave me a script for Paxlovid and an antibiotic for my Strep throat.  We have seen Christine Hall and she is a great provider and only one we like to be see by if we can help it.

Tested positive for covid at home. Being asthmatic and having pneumonia before I wanted to know if I had pneumonia also. I went to optum and they co fixed a positive covid and negative pneumonia. Very pleasant and professional staff I would definitely recommend.

It was a little out of my way, as I live in Portland, and the only place that had available openings was in Meriden due to it being two days before Christmas, but I was so ill I jumped on it. The receptionist behind the counter was efficient, but not friendly. She may have been tired as I had a 4:30pm appointment. The girl that showed me to my room was very friendly and social. She gave me her undivided attention and really listened when I told her why I was there and the symptoms I was experiencing. When the PA came in she too really listened to me intently, and she made a plan as to how to treat me. She was very thorough, and by the end of my visit, was friendly, and I truly felt she was happy she could help me. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. It was an exceptionally clean facility which was nice to see. The wait time was about 5 minutes or so. I booked my appointment on-line. Being Old School and very ill, I was not happy about having to make my appointment on-line, but it was fairly easy using Solv. I was quite surprised I was able to accomplish it. I must say that when you’re as ill as I was, the last thing I wanted to do was sign up on-line. I definitely miss calling and setting up an appointment through a person.

Booked an appointment with ease. If you don’t have the very first appointment, expect a wait.   Everything else was smooth as silk.  CLEAN PLACE!

Friendly and respectful

My daughter’s eye was red and glossy I was concerned with pink eye!  The provider was helpful and explained everything well and. Answered all of our questions thoroughly! I would recommend this provider to everyone!

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to
